Day days soul food and Waffle House is truly a hidden gem! When we arrived at the gas station we were a bit confused but pleasantly surprised. Foods amazing! We will definitely return.

Who knew this hidden gem would be inside a gas station? I ordered their pork chops and candied yams with greens and a sample of their hush puppies, everything was fantastic and it just tasted like it was some home made stuff made with love! Absolutely worth it!!

I was a bit confused when I got there to pick up my order because the address was for a gas station. When I pulled up there was a large banner long with a couple tables, a few chairs and a small window, but no one in sight. I went inside the gas station to inquire and that’s when I saw the counter to the right of the entrance. I gave the cashier my name and she told me it’ll be out shortly and asked to wait outside and she’ll hand my order through the window. The gumbo was amazing. It had big pieces of king crab. The fried chicken was great. Greens and yams we perfect. I also enjoyed the jambalaya.
