Was looking for a part for my trolling motor, said they would call me back in 20min with availability but I had to call and bother them 5hrs later, said would call back shortly, 2hrs later they asked for trolling motor length and gave it to them and then never called again. Unfortunately they were not very helpful, and clearly need assistance
