I can not believe this company still operates they have never been good 20 yrs ago and still to this day ,they only had to go from Markham to Stoney creek mnt and its now been sitting in Woodstock since the 6th of may but you pass Hamilton to get to Woodstock how stupid is that what a waste of a step I think they need to revamp and start firing people and getting ones that know what to do this shouldn't have taken over a week to deliver everyone just move on find someone else to deliver your stuff save your money

Rude drivers. Bought a gazebo from Walmart. Was delivered and placed on my front lawn. I asked them to bring it to the door. They refused and left. Called commerce solutions owned by Day and Ross. The drivers came back and moved it 3 inches no where close to my door. Now they can't send anyone today so a $1500 gazebo has to stay overnight. Worst delivery company. Will boycott any company that uses them. An absolute joke.

I received a call from Day & Ross yesterday informing me that my delivery would be arriving the following day between 9 am and 5 pm. I asked the lady if there was anyway they could narrow down the time line and she maybe 9 am to 1 pm and she said the driver would call me just before he delivered the item. I thanked her and ended the conversation. The next morning I received a call from the driver at 8:45 informing me he would be there shortly and at 8:55 I received the delivery. The company is an absolute joke. boycotting any business who uses them as a transport service. They employees are basically only trained on how to shut customers up by giving them nonsensical excuses, and confusing them until they hang up. They are beyond rude and useless in the office, and don't get me started on the delivery dinks.
