A major grooming mishap occurred with the care of my male & female dog at Day & Night Animal Hospital on Saturday June 20, 2020. When I picked up my two dogs from grooming that day, I was given two male dogs. My female dog was gone and nowhere on the premises. It took the staff two hours to locate and return my dog to me from another client. Day & Night Animal Hospital had no idea they gave my female dog to someone else earlier in the day. Because I made my dog A appointment and they did not put it in the Computer so was out for a hour they say it was in the computer so I left and when somewhere else
RecommendedI took my boy into Day and Night Animal Hospital late Saturday afternoon due to him breaking his nail off in the quick and our regular vet being closed. I called before hand because it was about 45 min before closing time, and they were happy to see my boy and remove the broken nail. Dr. Jobe and the entire staff were very friendly and got us right in and taken care of.
I want to thank the great doctors (I forgot their names) the nurses especially Lauren/Raina and I didn't one of their names, the sweet receptionists and their manager James for helping me through such a hard time. Y'all went above and beyond for me and Oliver. It was a tragic outcome but I know y'all did your best while making sure I was okay. words can't express how grateful I am for all of you. We love Dr Johnson and have trusted her with our pets for several years. We recently adopted a precious Maltese, named Sassy, who had not had any previous dental care. Dr Johnson stresses the importance of good preventative healthcare and did a thorough dental cleaning on Sassy. She had to remove two teeth, but now we know our sweet girl has healthy teeth and gums... so important for overall health. And the cost was so affordable too.
