Do not trust you’ll get an accurate appraisal with this company. They take your money and quickly assess your home without stepping foot on your property. They under valued our home about $50k which cost us $500 appraisal fee and headache with lenders. Poor service and easy money on them. We threw money away during this challenging time of the pandemic.
For sure does not need to do appraisals as they have no clue how to do one.
