Love this gym, it really feels is taking my training to the next level in terms of getting stronger and pushing my boundaries with no injuries. The group sessions are very friendly and the coaching feels is personalised even though is a group class. Also, all the programs (strength training and conditioning) changes every six weeks, and it has been designed in a way to reach your optimum. Defo recommend.
