Dax Thomas is great! If you've filed a claim and are having trouble with your assigned "Claim Contact" person, Dax is the agent who will help you. He's also a very nice guy who not only takes the time to listen to your concerns, but he also tries gets to know you a bit, and then tries to take your mind off of your claim issue concern by chatting about what you and he have in common. 4.8 is an understatement. rating should be 5.8 or better. with Dax Thomas, you're not just a number or client. He made sure I had the best affordable insurance I can buy and I recently had a fender bender and Dax went all out for me. if you're looking for a quality insurance agent, Dax Thomas is your man hands down!!!!!!!!
