"Horrible experience buying from DAX Rockwall. They completely misrepresented the vehicle condition report. The car arrived as an absolute piece of junk with major hidden mechanical defects that were clearly glossed over in the condition description. When I tried to resolve the issue with management, the customer service was awful. They offered zero help and dodged responsibility. Incredibly unprofessional operation that relies on moving bad inventory to unsuspecting buyers. Be very careful if you are bidding online here."
