to all future brides be very careful using this. Bakery , the owner,Ronda is very careless when it comes to performance.she has taken down her Facebook page multiple times due to bad reviews from customers ,appears to use friends and family to post fake reviews ,hides in back of bakery when customers try to get refunds,tells customers that employees have retired when truth is they quit due to not being paid ,Jeff did not retire. I had a Wedding cake delivered, and my cake did not lean or fall and was delivered right on time. Anyone with any reasonable sense should know that you cant leave a cake out for a long period of time, The service was spectacular the people sweet and wonderful, and Jeff the decorator should be on tv he is just awesome, can do anything on a cake,amazing. After a long search for our wedding cake we thought we had finally found the place...We purchased our wedding cake and a grooms cake from Dawson's Sweets for a little over $1000. When purchasing the cake we agreed upon Mrs Dawson delivering the cake to our reception venue for an additional $95, but at that point someone would have to meet her there to carry it up the 2 flights of stairs. Awesome Country kitchen feel – Places such as this are few and far between. Besides the food is amazing. I love their cakes and deserts, they're wonderful! Everything I've ever had there is awesome! They make you feel like family when you walk through the door. We need to support little family run businesses such as this one. Love the downhome country charm and delicious sweets. Take a trip back in time and check them out.

Terrible customer service, cakes from catalog overpriced – We were ordering a cake from the catalog that she offers in her store and she wants to charge 24.99 for a 1/4 sheet cake and then an extra 15.00 for the cake toppers that are shown in the catalog (wal-mart sells the toppers for 6.50, for any and all of them, if you buy there cake for 19.99 they are free, not priced seperately)We just wanted a bakery style cake at a fair price. Awesome Dawson's! – I just ordered my daughter's birthday cake from Dawson's and figured I'd better write a review since I count on these reviews when making my choices for other places on City Search. This is the 4th year we have ordered her cake from Dawson's because she INSISTS we order it from there..........oh, and they have delicious cakes too! The staff have always been so helpful and pleasant too. It's a tiny little place tucked away in Hendersonville but dont' make the mistake of missing out on a great bakery.

Awesome Bakery – I ordered my step-daughter?s birthday cake from sweet Miss Dawson. I ordered Strawberry Shortcake as a design and the cake was flavored strawberry and Miss Dawson used her homemade strawberry frosting, which is absolutely to die for! I highly recommend Dawson's Bakery! Everything we have had from there from cakes to cookies, to pastries have been unbelievable! I just love Miss Dawson because she is so honest and wonderful!
