I needed my deck to be replaced. Not sure who to call, I turned to the internet and started searching for a contractor. I came across Dawson’s Precision Painting & carpentry. I glad I did. Greg gave me a dissent price and I’m very happy with the results. His crew are friendly and experienced. They clean up as the job is being completed. Also, Greg will go out of his way to make sure you are happy with the final results. My wife is very happy with the deck. I will use them for future projects. Thanks guys!
Had Dawson’s come out to demolish and rebuild our back deck, remove a cement prefab front entry and replace with a small porch, and redo our bay window in the front. We went with Dawson for a couple reasons - great reviews online, Greg was pressure-free when it came to deciding what we wanted for the project, and a reasonable estimate. Greg replaced my 30 year old PT deck with Trex composite materials. Old deck was removed and new footings were installed for the new deck. Greg was a good communicator and the quality of the work by both Greg and his crew was excellent. I highly recommend him.
I chose Dawsons Precision Painting & Carpentry because Greg provided me with a great estimate of the project being proposed a cad drawing as well, which made it very easy to explain to my wife what the finished product would look like.
