Had Dawson’s come out to demolish and rebuild our back deck, remove a cement prefab front entry and replace with a small porch, and redo our bay window in the front. We went with Dawson for a couple reasons - great reviews online, Greg was pressure-free when it came to deciding what we wanted for the project, and a reasonable estimate. Greg replaced my 30 year old PT deck with Trex composite materials. Old deck was removed and new footings were installed for the new deck. Greg was a good communicator and the quality of the work by both Greg and his crew was excellent. I highly recommend him.
I chose Dawsons Precision Painting & Carpentry because Greg provided me with a great estimate of the project being proposed a cad drawing as well, which made it very easy to explain to my wife what the finished product would look like.
