We needed to replace some glass from an old single hung wooden window. Ross quickly got us the glass we needed and cut it to the exact measurements. Good price and communication. Thanks Ross!
I dropped into ask for a custom shower glass peice, and they were to send someone out. They never did, and when I called they said their.only.guy hurt himself. I asked why they didn't call me, crikets, I asked for recommendations, crickets. Ros told me, this who.has been in business for decades, he.cant recommend anyone. Very strange encounter. I certainly wouldn't recommend them for specialty glass help.
Calling this guy for 14 months and he never made an effort to come out and measure the windows. I went with Sonnet Windows in Burks Falls and highly recommend this company.
