Bryant came out and replaced 2 lights today. One was a fluorescent light change ballast into a LED ballast who is very professional very kind and thoughtful price was fair would highly recommend.

We have used Dawson in the past and will continue using this company for our electrical needs. The technicians (Isaac and Kenny) are knowledgeable, helpful, informative and friendly. They take the time to answer your questions and concerns. I asked for an estimate, received it in short order and they were able to complete it during this maintenance visit( we are on their maintenance plan) — in addition, they are not intrusive and are respectful of my home and time. 100% Satisfied! Keith came out to fix an issue caused by Piedmont Gas, and he went above and beyond. Not only did he identify the problem quickly, but he also made sure all of our existing equipment was properly registered, under warranty, and working the way it should. He even repaired wiring that the builder had overlooked. I’m officially a fan and will continue to use Dawson's Electric & Air.

A great experience all round! Friendly staff (Dawn), made scheduling easy. Charlie, our electrician, was personable, efficient and professional. Highly recommend for all electrical needs.
