The guys are awesome and friendly. The job sites are well organized and they KNOW Construction and the industry. The PM’s are top shelf! If you are on admin team or circle of women it is painful. There are two mature women in the whole place. The “entitled” pawn off every crappy job because it is “beyond” them. There is special treatment due to nepotism. Not a positive workplace. Women… lift one another up. You are in the position because D.V. trained you. Humble yourself.
