Recently we called this Company for quite a lot of work to be done on our Trees which were in need of lopping as one in particular is a gigantic Golden Elm (many years old)and a lot of other tall trees needing trimming,quite high up. As we have experienced the excellent work and courteous Crews before I knew I could rely on Dawsons, we couldn't get better Service from others as Dawsons are TipTop. The group did an excellent job, especially the girl who climbed to the top. They were all good and would recommend the service.
We were really happy with the service provided by Dawson Tree Services. The team that came did an excellent job in pruning our palm tree that was well over due for a trim. They were on time and we talked through the job to be done. Our tree is looking so much better. What I really appreciated was the owner giving me a call during the service to check that we were happy, and for the handwritten thank you note afterwards. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.
Many thanks for your professional work yesterday. Service was excellent - initial conversation with Karen, quote from Hayden and scheduling with Ian. The crew arrived on time. All were friendly and highly efficient, intent on doing the job to my complete satisfaction. Special shout out to Gunu who expertly dealt with a large gum tree from the elevated platform and ‘ninja’ Nikita, whose careful planning, strength and climbing agility were impressive indeed! Great job!
