I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I contacted them seeking urgent care for my cat, who was experiencing a concerning medical issue, and was refused service solely because they are not accepting new clients. I understand clinics can be busy, but basic compassion and responsibility should come first, especially when it comes to animal welfare. The clinic was empty when I walked in. Darla is the best vet in Burnaby. She's kind, honest and compassionate. She's been seeing our dogs for 10 years.
Best veterinarian I have ever had for my two dogs. Darla is sweet, gentle and extremely competent. Staff are friendly and efficient.
