I went there and took my grandchildren there and I was very happy with care recieved from Dr. Bowers And other medical staff that works there I would and have recommended Dawson st. Urgent care and primary to family and friends. Keep up the good work

My time at this primary care office was beyond frustrating. The receptionists were not well trained or helpful in any way over the phone, which made scheduling an appointment or getting med refills a complete nightmare. When I asked to speak to a medical professional it took them two weeks to respond, in that time I went ahead to the emergency room to get quality healthcare that was not provided by Dawson Med. The staff was extremely rude, but I had just moved here & thought I would give the Dr the benefit of the doubt.She was a female Dr. - possibly a PA - & @ 1st I thought it would work out well. Never Again would I go back.She requested paperwork etc. When all was said & done- everything she asked 4 was given & in every way in which she told me she would help she didn't. Out & out lied. What an insult 2 her profession. Im so happy with my Primary Care Dr now. Do urself a favor- dont go.

I went there for prescription refills and got blood work. There quite a few miscommunications and I strongly encourage anyone using the clinic to make sure that they are completely clear with all their discussions with the staff. I was able to resolve my issues in a satisfactory manner and will continue to use them as my primary care provider.
