I didn’t have a good experience here not satisfied with the staff or the cleanliness of this office, first time here not what I expected at all pretty disappointing
Stay away from Dawson Pediatrics. Their sick appointments are booked at least 2 months in advance. Their check-up appointments are booked at least 6 months in advance. If you take your child there for a sick visit make sure you call them 30 days later to find out if you owe them or the following list of events will occur: They will not send you a paper bill. We’ve been going to this pediatrician for a little over a year we used to go to the other branch in Dawsonville but we moved . In 6 months our son had 2 cases of raspiratory virus that was not treated in time , even though we came to see a doctor . we tried to schedule an appointment for 4 days straight and they were booked and the receptionist just kept repeating the sentence “ I can put you on the cancellation list” even though we pleaded for an appointment.
