Came in a few weeks ago looking for a quote, quote took 2 weeks to receive. which I then called the company (didn’t speak to the owner), I asked if I could pay the bill for the parts over the phone which they said no we will send the bill via email which was understandable. (still not received), after waiting a few days for the bill I thought stuff it I’ll go somewhere else. Dawsons fixed my windscreen rust without me needing to get a new windscreen, and much faster than I expected. The price was fair given the finish was excellent. They also fixed an issue with my front bumper, at short notice, by replacing some missing bolts - at absolutely no charge, would not take any money!
Long story short, had a full respray done with these guys. I was charged significantly over the quote and had to return 9 times over the course of 2 years to have different parts redone as the paint was lifting. Every time I had the car returned parts would be broken or reassembled incorrectly e.g. door handles not working. The quality this business puts forward is abysmal. Please learn from my mistake, take your pride and joy elsewhere
