My wife took 2 rings to be sized and we will NEVER recommend Dawson to friends or family. It was as though they listened to our story and took advantage of my wife's keenness to resize her rings. 1 ring was an heirloom from my wife's mum, a stunning 3 diamond platinum ring, with the 2nd being a 3 line diamond cluster. The estimate to re-size them was £1,000 and £450 respectively. We were shocked.
