Very friendly staff and pleasant experience. Clean facility. Unfortunately, both my manicure and pedicure (pictures available privately upon request) ended up being thick and smudged. I noticed that the coats were not fully dry before another was applied. I was the last patron of the day and thus I did not feel comfortable requesting they be redone. I had a gift card and thankfully didn’t spend too much out of pocket. Just wanted to bring this to your attention to avoid having this happen to others in the future.
I have been going to Dawson Manor Spa for many years and every time it's has been wonderful. The staff and treatments are the best you can get. The best Spa in Newmarket!
