My brother has lived at Dawson Manor 2 (the residence on the 2nd floor of Dawson Manor). The building is nice, though I do not believe it is safe in the event of a fire. It is located on a fairly quiet block, just next door to a church. The quality of service there for residence appears to depend on who the individuals on duty are at any given moment.
