Our experience with Dawson as our realtor was hands down a seamless and amazing process. Our home was under contract in 5 hours from when we listed it! Dawson is knowledgeable, responsive, and kind. He quickly responded to us, set up a property viewing day of with a short notice. Dawson walked us through everything and was very timely. He was great to work with and I appreciate all of his hard work! I would highly recommend him!
