Bad customer service, they don’t have expert mechanic so don’t stuck there I am still stuck there from last 50 days to fix def issues
Brutal experience. DITC comes up as a Wobasto dealer. Brought my truck in to troubleshoot and hopefully repair my less than a year old Wobasto heater. I told them what was wrong with it. I called to get an update and they tell me it's all done and ready to pick up. At pick up they tell me exactly what I told them was wrong with it and that they didn't fix anything. Charged me $523.61 to tell me what I told them. If there was a negative rating for this experience I would give it. Even told me they gave me a deal on the price.... read more
