We used Dawson's after hours call out service during the recent heatwave when our air con unit stopped working. Jacob came out and very quickly diagnosed the faulty part. He went above and beyond and was able to source a replacement part the next day and repair the unit. We are very impressed with the quality and integrity of the service Jacob provided. Thank you!
I paid in full before they finished the job, they left exposed pipes that they said they would return to finish covering. I have followed up 5 times now and keep getting mucked around saying some will attend and they don't, saying they will call me and they don't. It has now been 2 months. Was a mistake to pay before they finished, now I have to put a claim in with Consumer Affairs. Would not recommend to anyone

They both went out of their way to help me and honestly, I could not recommend a business higher than 5 Stars for Excellence in Customer Service. Anyone looking to have this kind of work done go no further than this company be assured you will receive supreme service.
This is the type of operation that makes you proud to back local. The team at Dawson installed two units for me which were challenging. They were punctual with their communication, organised and the guys on site were talented and professional. I can see why they've been so successful and in operation for so many years. Clearly a well managed and well run organisation.
