Connor and Toby are a credit to your team. A AC units service by Connor was just what was needed and Toby's follow up work sorting out a naughty duct that would not stay on has made it considerably cooler at the front of house. They were very professional and put up with a lot of questions which they ignored...only kidding. They were great. We have dealt with Dawson Heating and Cooling and they have done more that one install for our various homes. Well done. See you next service.
The team at Dawson’s Heating and Cooling were all fantastic every step of the way when we recently were required to replace one of our air conditioning units. Everyone involved in the process was great, from providing competitive pricing on the quotation, answering all of my questions and through to installation and after sales service. Installers Brendan and Hugh were professional and efficient and clean up and removal of old unit was also top notch! Will definitely be using them again when our other into finally fails .
Chris was fantastic. This is my 2nd interaction with him (business and residential) and he was on time, polite, honest and hard-working. Thank you, Chris. You're an asset to your team.
