I’m completely lost on how a 22$ a/c capacitor replacement turns in a 365$ bill . Normal scheduled appointment took 20 minutes to complete. I’d definitely do research before getting taken for a ride with this place . No price was quoted before arrival I was told a 95$ service charge along with 22$ part and 100 $ labor still where’s the other 100$ coming from this place is a absolute joke just read his reply . If you have insurance that is supposedly to cover your furnace- I.e new homeowner insurance- don’t even bother. Dawson will do anything to avoid helping you- even sending out a service person who refuses to even look at the unit because it is ceiling bound. When I told the customer service rep that it would require two people due to the unit type, she told me that my insurance only covers one person and instead, they needed me to put a HOLE in my wall for them to access the unit. Dawson heating service on a scale of one to ten are a ten plus. There technicians are outstanding. My most current tech was De he was so knowledgeable. He shared with me what the problem was. I highly recommend Dawson Heating Services
