If you have insurance that is supposedly to cover your furnace- I.e new homeowner insurance- don’t even bother. Dawson will do anything to avoid helping you- even sending out a service person who refuses to even look at the unit because it is ceiling bound. When I told the customer service rep that it would require two people due to the unit type, she told me that my insurance only covers one person and instead, they needed me to put a HOLE in my wall for them to access the unit.
