I have been seeing Dr. Dawson for over a decade. He provides a level of care that I am not able to find anywhere else. He genuinely cares about his patients. He tries to find better solutions to help his patients at the root of the problem instead of just masking the problem with pain medication. He has helped me immensely over the years. I cannot say enough good things about him!
Dr. Dawson is not your ordinary text book doctor: He really cares about his patients from a holistic standpoint. He takes the time to come to the waiting room to personally get his patients. He not only discusses your condition but he gives advice on improving your diet, exercise, etc. He’s one of a kind and I’m so blessed to have him and his staff. He is super smart and informed in many subjects.
Dr. Dawson is a very kind, caring and ethical doctor. He is very personable and warm. Hi staff is great! He helped me with a meniscus tear and I was able to heal. I highly recommend him.
Dr Dawson is awesome! I'm a truck driver and ended up being referred to Dr Dawson when I had a head-on collision accident caused by a driver that was speeding and lost control. He takes his time analyzing your medical issues in order to come up with the best resolution. Recently, I have run into some additional medical issues while I was running over the road, out of town, and no primary care physician.
