Roland is always there to help you. Every time I was stumped with something, Roland generally is able to help and he quickly gets on his computer if he is not completely certain. I asked him if he would go outside to look at the paint job on my SUV and he cheerfully helped and gave advice. Great job, Roland.
Home Hardware has been nothing short of a complete disappointment. The store constantly feels understaffed, and when you do manage to find someone, they either don’t know what they’re talking about or seem too disinterested to help. It’s frustrating walking into a place that should be built around service and instead getting blank stares and vague shrugs. Home Hardware is an absolute mess. The store is disorganized, the shelves look like no one’s touched them in weeks, and good luck finding anyone who knows what they’re doing—especially at the front where the cashiers seem completely untrained. The phones go unanswered, leaving customers and staff alike in confusion. The work environment is just as bad, with Laurie Maxwell running the place like a dictatorship—unsupportive, unapproachable, and creating a toxic atmosphere that drives morale into the ground.
