Took my Acura in after I was hit by a moose calf. Took 2 weeks for them to change the front drivers side quarter panel. When I took it in, told them the issues (running rough, power steering leak, lights issues, knock from drivers side steering, etc.) ya, the panel looks great and they feathered the paint beautifully. But when I went to pick it up, the VSA light was on, the battery died, and now the car fully disabled the VSA. Took them over an hour to connect the code reader to it. Car 🚘 looked great when they finished the body work.
I have had a bad experience with CSN. They repaired my vehicle after a drunk driver hit and run. When I picked up my vehicle there were issues with overspray, and new damage to my mirror that was not there from the accident. They will not resolve the issue, return my calls, or fix the issues. I have called dozens of times and have been very polite to no avail. I would not recommend CSN Dawson Creek and will be reporting back to ICBC.
