The staff is always extremely helpful. It's a treat going here when needed. I grew up in NYC and what I got done this morning would have taken 3 visits and been an all day event. I completed a passport application and that was mailed out to the State Dept. , I spoke to the Tax Assessors office about a school tax/homestead exemption coming my way and renewed a special license. Easy breezy!
I lived in Gwinnett county for years and always dreaded going to the tag office. This place is better in every way than any other tag office I’ve been too. Pleasant experience every time I’ve been. Melody helped me many times and she’s always been friendly.
People here are good and helping have a good parking facility
