Worked and lived there highly do not recommend it. They have a ton of break ins there drugs everywhere trailers that are condemned being rented. Slum Lord will not fix anything.
Not all people before anyone takes it wrong but some of the either tenets or company they keep are very rude. Personally experience.
Very run down mobile home park Owner is a very rude disrespectful dishonest man. Very cheap when it comes to fixing the rental units and paying his employees.
Starting to remodel mobile homes and is becoming a very friendly neighborhood.
It's a dump!! Looks like it's owned by a slum Lord. Very trashy and unkept.
