I just found two fraudulent charges on my credit card from this business on the same day! BEWARE!
Lack of communication I would say was the MAIN issue for me. I was scheduled for a cleaning. I called to confirm and found out that the cleaning company couldn't come on that day and wanted to come in the next week or so. SHOCK to me because where was the courtesy call this was less then 24-hour notice and if I didn't try to confirm would I have been made aware of this?! Dawn @ Dawn’s Dream Clean is the best of the very best at what she does! She is very attentive to details, always on time, responsive, and does an incredible job! We have a house full of dogs and kids & she works miracles on our house every single week. We highly recommend!!!
