Dawn was excellent at communicating the next steps throughout the process, and explaining my options. She compared alternative loan choices to find the loan that worked for me.
Dawn and her team are the absolute BEST! Dawn is so sweet and kind, very knowledgeable, and quick to respond. The reason the offer on our new home was accepted was because of her (and our relator's) quick work. She is competent and a joy to work with. You won't regret choosing Dawn as your loan officer!
