Peaceful, pretty, kids playing on the streets, yet still close enough to Ipswich CBD and Yamanto while having local pub/bbq/supermarket. Yeah my soil wasn't great and cost me 8k to fix it, but I'd take that any day over areas with bad odor in the South. The entire Brisbane/Ipswich region has reactive soil, people just ignored it in the past.
