Dawn was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and impressive with selling my home in San Luis Obispo. This was not an easy sale as we had an HOA who made it very difficult for us, sabotaging the sale several times. We bought our mobile home in SLO from Dawn. She was excellent at inspecting the home for us, negotiating and closing. Then 10 years later we had Dawn sell it for us. She was awesome!!! It was an incredible challenge because there were repairs we needed to do, but my daughter had moved out and was living in Atlanta. Dawn helped set up contractors.
