Dr Bircher has been my care provider for several years. She is compassionate and totally dedicated to the health of her patients. Due to medical complications that affected my vision,which she helped diagnosed, I have had to see her frequently in the last couple of years. She is always smiling, always concerned that progress is being made. I am glad she was there for me.
Dr. Dawn Bircher has been my Optometrist for many years. She is always knowledgeable, caring, friendly, and professional. John and her other team members are wonderful as well. I trust this team with the health and well being of my eyesight!
Have been seeing Dawn. Pitcher for several years as does our whole family. She is wonderful always takes the time to ask you about any vision issues and addresses them immediately. The only problem with this visit is when I checked out was not allowed to schedule my next years appt? Was told by the receptionist (who must have been having a rough day)that they will contact me in 6 months to schedule it at that time?? Have always made my next appt at checkout.
Dr Bircher was excellent. I’d been to a different doctor for my eye problem who left me very dissatisfied. Dr Bircher listened to me and then examined my eyes. She immediately came up with a plan! The next day my eyes were feeling better. She is the best! I strongly recommend her! 10 stars out of 5!
