Straight up tried to lie to my face several times (I had proof of the truth) kept me in the run around for almost a month trying to get the ok to take my meds, only to go out of my way to get the right sign offs and have her tell me at the end "I wont prescribe it" (after trying to lie and place a blame on a different on of my doctor's).
