I have had 3 successful orders with dawn scientific. I did have a slight issue that could have used better customer service, but all is well.

This has been by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their practices feel like pure scams—false promises, hidden charges, and zero accountability. They lure you in with big claims but once they have your money, customer service vanishes. Every attempt to get help was met with excuses, delays, or outright lies. They operate in a completely unprofessional manner, with no respect for customers’ time or money. Would not recommend. No communication, frequent cancelled orders without communication or explanation. When investigated, they admit to taking orders when there is no stock. Damaged / contaminated products. (2) of their positive reviews are from employees! (lol)
