I called this makeup artist to inquire about hiring them for an event. I left my name and number and did not received a return call. I do not know if this artist is super busy, but a return call or text would have been appreciated and professional. Please note I have no idea of their work and this review is not about their work. This review is solely based on no contact and no return call! Communication is important to me and is a huge part of any business.

I had my makeup done by Crystal for my senior prom and I cannot express enough how beautiful she made me feel! I was unhappy with my dress, and I felt upset the entire day prior to my appointment. Despite my bad attitude, Crystal worked with me and transformed not only my looks but more importantly my confidence. I felt beautiful and had a great prom because of her. Dawn herself did my makeup when I graduated college. She did such a wonderful job keeping the natural daytime look. It was a hot summer day and my makeup stayed put and looked perfect ! Dawn really cares and does all she can to communicate and understand her consumer needs and preferences. It’s nice to have a professional actually listen and care about their customer! Would definitely recommend Dawnrose makeup!
