Number one complaint with this business is Thomas, the office manager. Thomas is arrogant, unwilling to listen, and speaks down to you during conversation. Rates/premiums continue to go up every time there is a renewal. Dawn is friendly, but very hard to get a hold of and has entrusted her business to someone I feel is not well suited for the job. I have found a new insurance carrier who has slashed my rates by almost 33% of what I was paying State Farm and I have the exact same coverage limits with my new provider, and the ... read more
