Number one complaint with this business is Thomas, the office manager. Thomas is arrogant, unwilling to listen, and speaks down to you during conversation. Rates/premiums continue to go up every time there is a renewal. Dawn is friendly, but very hard to get a hold of and has entrusted her business to someone I feel is not well suited for the job.
