Very poor experience with this State Farm agency. They failed to properly transfer my policy when I moved to Michigan, causing me to be charged in both states. Despite the Drive Safe discount being active on the account, they refused to take responsibility for the mistake, and I ended up paying more. One of the agents, Iris, was especially rude and dismissive. Would not recommend — double-check everything if you choose to work with them.
