Dawn was very professional and responsive to our needs. Every house sale is unique and Dawn was able to adjust to the ever-changing status and not get stressed out. She also communicated effectively and made sure we were kept in the loop throughout the process. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor and I'll use her again if I ever do a home sale/purchase in her area again.

My experience having Dawn sell my home was great! She is very professional, organized, and a great communicator. I really appreciated that she worked through different scenarios with me and helped me understand the process. AND, she talked me down whenever I was freaking out because selling a home is (just a little) stressful as well as emotional! Anyone buying or selling home needs someone like Dawn in their corner, she is amazing!

This was the second house Dawn helped up buy in the last 3 years in a very competitive market, it wouldn’t have happened without her. The house was a new build, and we were able to buy it due to her relationship with the builder. She really earned her commission because was a complex transaction that took 9 months.
