Dawn Morgan was more than amazing! She went above and beyond! This is our second time using Dawn for an investment property and not our last time! I can’t say enough good things about working with Dawn! I had a property to sell in Prescott Valley, but I live out of state and it would have been so difficult to get the house market ready without her help and expertise. She is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough and a joy to work with. The house sold within 24 of being on the market and I know it’s because of Dawn’s efforts.
