I rarely write reviews, but I need to let everyone know that Tatiana, one of the Medical Assistants in Dr. Scarzella’s office, is one of the most caring and knowledgeable nurses I have encountered. Wish every Dr. had a Tatiana in their office.
She is extremely thorough. Excellent communicator. Performed my bladder lift and have had years of relief.
New patient, and a bit nervous. Her staff was wonderful and put me at ease. The doctor came in and immediately made me feel at home and more importantly made me feel comfortable. She is extremely knowledgeable and when she did the dreaded test it was gentle. She explained everything to me in detail and I made another appointment to see her in 2 weeks so she could perform a small procedure. I have been a patient since 2003. Dawn has a wonderful way as a practicing doctor. I consider her a friend and a caring doctor with an amazing way with patients. She is a sweet person and I am very happy with her as my doctor
I came to this provider because I was having chronic UTIs and a history of kidney stones, I wanted to establish myself with a urologist for these reasons. After waiting 2 months for my appointment while having painful urination, by the time I actually had my appointment my symptoms were gone. She ordered an in office cystoscopy and a CT scan of my abdomen. There were non-obstructing kidney stones on the report. When I questioned these, she said not to worry about it.
