Literally one of the most judgmental doctors I have ever seen. "I am an emergency medicine doctor what do you want me to do..." You are literally on a video visit probably listening to people talk about their colds. Don't act like my issue is any less important than theirs. If you want to be a "real emergency medicine doctor" then go work in ER because acting like people doing the Get Care Now appts are wasting your time is rude and ridiculous. Rude and disrespectful, not helpful! I would avoid this doctor if you are a person of color, apparently voicing concerns about your health is considered "inappropriate". Do not recommend!
