I had a very disappointing experience with this person. She was assigned by the judge, so I had no choice in the matter. This is solely my experience. She seemed to do whatever was convenient for her. For example, at the very beginning, I had to sign a form, which I did and sent via email. She then told me it wasn’t valid unless I brought it in person or sent it by mail. I drove almost 80 minutes to get there, only to find she wasn’t there.
