I’ve been seeing Dawn Hale with Lake Park Family Medicine for over 10 years. I have moved a couple times and currently live 30 minutes away. There are many Atrium Health primary care providers that are much closer to my home, but I choose to continue going back to this office because of the excellent care I have always received. Every single person from check in to check out are fantastic. Kindness, compassion, efficiency, teamwork, and patient centered care are what they live and breathe every day.
Dawn has been our family physician for probably about 20 years now. She has a wealth of knowledge and listens to her patients. We have referred her to many people and will continue to do so.

Fantastic!!! Dawn Hale, FNP is an amazing listener and a very thoughtful provider. She explains things clearly and offers treatment plans that are practical and not always reliant on medication. She’s the best! I've been seeing her for YEARS!!! The staff is also wonderful!
