Brett from Dawn Latex Mattresses does a great job. We were initially sceptical about ordering a mattress from Victoria while living in Western Australia, but communicating with Brett was quick, easy and excellent. We are glad we ordered from him and enjoy every night on our wonderful new latex mattress.

Brett's friendly approach and expert advice made choosing a mattress an easy and pleasant experience. He custom sized my mattress so that I could use it on an antique bed, which was a real bonus. It was easy for me to handle and set up and over the month I've been sleeping on it, it's made a significant improvement to my quality of sleep and overall well being. I highly recommend Dawn for their mattresses and the care and professionalism of the service Brett provides during the process.

Products are OK but it's the unpleasant service here that leads to the rating. I bought a mattress here but it wasn't for me as I personally found it leaden and uncomfortable, and eventually ditched it (without mentioning it at this store) for a normal spring model. I decided a topper on a standard mattress is my preference with latex. However the individual running this place maintains a demeanour that's consistently rude and at times verging on the aggressive. Buyer Beware: 100 night trial is a scam. They are unaware of Consumer Law and are not offering any guarantee or refund, just one latex layer change within the 100 nights. Their 'soft' latex layer is extremely firm, I have since tried many other manufacturers since, and the density is higher for a soft rating and is a much more solid in feel.
