The office is not inviting and seems unkept. The nurse Cindy is not friendly and seemed to be rushing through the basics of taking vitals nor did she express and kindness or sympathy for the patient being in such poor health. So it was pleasant to have a more caring and kind physicians assistant come in to assess the patient.
A lot of health care places don't consider your time as valuable as theirs. I was taken on time (actually early).I was listened to, and there was plenty of time allotted for me to cover everything I needed to discuss.
