Don’t ever work for this company. I quit and when it came to the final paycheck, they ignore your emails, phone calls, and text messages for days. I finally put an inquiry on their website for maybe someone to answer me and I got a response of “I personally do not have any information to assist you with. I primarily work at another DHM property and am lending a hand covering this position also until someone is hired to fill the position you vacated with your absence. Pass them on by at least at Harborside manor in Liverpool ny attached are pictures of people leaving trash on their balconies which I turn have had rats appear at night . The property manger Kayla is rude and does nothing she doesn’t walk the property or do anything to keep it nice . When I reported this to the head office Niaomi said she would get Kayla to handle it . Well it’s been 3 days and garbage still on people’s balconies it’s disgusting .
I called to speak with Connie. To see if they had any appartments available and when I called this lady said connie was out for the week. When I told her my price range she said ( there is nothing we can do for you) and immediately hung up on me. After trying to call again and to ask her for her name... she hangs up again. We are very disappointed since we were misled, we applied for a town house and we got approved and before we made the trip to see the property we got a phone call from the leasing office stating that there are people wanting the unit so in-order to hold it, we will have to pay a $300.00 deposit online and she assured us that is case we do not like the property it is a refundable and on the phone call I stated that we will pay if it’s refundable.
