The current owner swindled the previous owner to sign a deed. He now runs around like an entitled liberal with a gun. Gros negligence on maintenence causing an influx of rodents and pest. Fun night on the 4th of July!
Definitely went from bad to worse in the last five ( or more) years. The owners treat the general public like enemies. The once pretty creek is now completely trashed and has almost no fish or wildlife. They aren't even on property for half the year and leave so called "maintenance" to random sketchy people. The place is over run with cockroaches and criminals. The plumbing leaks sewage into the ground and wastes water with leaks on the main roadway ...
