Very bad experience today at Fleetwood location. I booked up an appointment with Liza and these guys already have my medical history record with them and today Liza refused to do massage on the upper body and said she needs doctor ‘s note that massage therapy is ok with me for upper shoulder and back. I already took massage therapy session with some other therapist at the same location last month, she didn’t said anything or asked for anything else.
